Somebody tells me that I am ranting too much about the condo that I purchase from Empire East Land Holdings. This is not all about ranting, this is also about getting their attention and make them solve or address the issues that the residents have been complaining since day 1. I let 5 yeast pass before I create this blog but even up to now I do not see that Empire is really serious in providing us a safe and good community parallel to those words that they use in their marketing.
To balance this blog below are some of the good points that I can enumerate about our condo.
1. Good Location. Thank you Empire East for building a condo in New Manila.
2. The price is very reasonable. I can only speak for my unit and this does not apply to recent projects of Empire which is not so reasonable anymore.
3. Accessibility, our condo is near LRT station.
4. We have a pool yipeee!

ust want to share with everyone. I bought a unit in Pioneer Woodlands owned and developed by Empire East and Megaworld. These 2 companies have the same owners.
ReplyDeleteAnyways po, my unit flooded last year due to leak from the upper floor. The wall paint inside the unit is bubbling. The sink cabinet is always leaking. The smell of the unit and the rest of the building is similar to smelling a sewage. It is too hot. There is no proper air circulation. Please spread the word and dont let your friends and family be victimized by Empire East.

At halos hndi nag re reply ang account specialist sa mga emails,txt at calls

DeleteI purchased a piece of land in Sonoma, Santa Rosa. Hirap by phone, pasyalan mo they will give you a very good service, pero aftwards wala ng follow up sa pinag usapan ninyo. Imagine 2015 pa nabili ang property up to now wala pa rin titulo. Nasa Registry of Deeds na daw 2019. Then mag a update daw Jan. 2020, up to now, kahit anong follow up mo sa email (where we are discussing), walang reply.

DeleteThank goodness I have come across this blog. I was gonna reserved a unit at Paddington Place yesterday and would pay for RF today but I backed out. I am so sorry for you guys na nascam nitong Empire East. Karma prevails and sana makuha ang justice kasi pinaghirapan ninyo ang pera.

But the most frustrating thing about it is despite all the complAints presented to the DHSUD, the government is still not doing anything about this abusive company!!!
